  • It's very straightforward — no complicated forms, no back-and-forth emails. Here's how it works:

    Step 1: WhatsApp me at +65 9295 9194 with your scope of work. A voice note, photo of your tender doc, or even a rough description is perfectly fine — I've seen it all.

    Step 2: I'll confirm the pack that suits your job and send you a PayNow QR or invoice.

    Step 3: Once payment is cleared, I'll get started. You'll receive your completed documents via WhatsApp within the agreed turnaround time — ready to submit.

  • Turnaround depends on the pack you choose:

    Standard Pack ($500) — 3 working days. Good for straightforward single-trade scopes like painting, tiling, minor M&E.

    Professional Pack ($800) — 1 to 2 working days. For multi-trade or more complex scopes like structural, excavation, or MEP works.

    Express Pack ($1500+) — Same day or within 8 hours. For urgent situations — main contractor breathing down your neck, MOM inspection tomorrow, or documents got rejected last minute.

    ⚡ If you've got a really urgent deadline, just WhatsApp me first before ordering. I'll tell you honestly if I can hit your timing.

  • Not a lot — and definitely not anything technical. At a minimum, I need:

    Your scope of work — What are you doing? (e.g. "interior painting works, 10 storeys, residential")

    Your company name and UEN — For the document header.

    Project details — Site address and main contractor name (if you have it).

    That's honestly enough for most Standard jobs. For Professional or Express packs, a bit more detail helps — like your equipment list, number of workers, or a copy of the scope from the tender documents.

  • Yes — that's exactly what I build them for. Every document I produce is structured to meet MOM and BCA standards, which is what MCs and consultants check against.

    I've spent years on construction sites and I know exactly what main contractors flag during document review. Common rejection reasons — vague hazard descriptions, missing PPE requirements, incomplete control measures — are all addressed as standard in every document I draft.

    For the Professional Pack, documents are site-specific, not generic. That means the hazards, control measures and work sequences are tailored to your actual job — which significantly reduces the chance of a rejection.

  • Revisions are included in every pack — it's part of the service, not an extra charge.

    Standard Pack — 2 round of revisions included.

    Professional Pack — Unlimited rounds of revisions included.

    Express Pack — Unlimited revisions until your documents are accepted.

    If your MC gives you a specific comment (e.g. "add fall arrest requirements for scaffold works above 3m"), just forward the comment to me over WhatsApp and I'll address it directly. You don't need to figure out what to change — that's my job.

  • Payment is simple and flexible, like i am. Don’t worry too much, i can accept :

    PayNow — The easiest option for most Singapore contractors. I'll send you the QR code or UEN directly over WhatsApp.

    Bank Transfer — For companies that prefer invoice-based payment.

    Credit/Debit Card — Coming soon for international clients.

    Payment is required before I begin drafting — this is standard practice for document services. For repeat clients or project packages, I'm happy to discuss milestone-based payment arrangements.
